Attorney Kristen M. Collins Ware graduated from Emory University School of Law, graduating with honors. During her time in law school, Ms. Collins Ware advocated for individuals facing disabilities, ultimately solidifying her desire to represent those who have been wrongfully injured.
Since Ms. Collins Ware became an attorney, she has litigated cases involving auto and trucking accidents, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premise liability, and appeals.
Ms. Collins Ware is licensed to practice law in all Florida and Georgia state courts, as well as the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers’ Association. She also had the privilege of co-authoring “Chapter 7 - Unfair Claims Practices and Bad Faith” of the Florida Bar’s 10th Edition of the Florida Automobile Insurance Law Handbook in 2018; "Chapter 1 - Financial Responsibility and Compulsory Insurance Laws" of the Florida Bar's 11th Edition of the Florida Automobile Insurance Law Handbook in 2020; and "Chapter 1 - Financial Responsibility and Compulsory Insurance Laws" of the Florida Bar's 12th Edition of the Florida Automobile Insurance Law Handbook in 2022.
Ms. Collins Ware was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2023 to 2025 and a Super Lawyer in 2026. Attorney Collins Ware was also recognized as one of Tampa, Florida's Best Truck Accident Lawyers by Forbes Advisor in 2025.
As a Plaintiff's lawyer, Ms. Collins Ware chooses to leverage her courtroom experience to seek justice for the wrongfully injured, which is what she has always done since her days as a young lawyer.
