Mohammad Mubarak is a seasoned trial attorney with a background in both prosecution and insurance defense. A Florida native, he earned his J.D. from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in 2011.
Mr. Mubarak began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Tampa, where he was promoted multiple times and ultimately served as a senior prosecutor in the felony division. He managed hundreds of serious felony cases and tried nearly 40 jury trials with a conviction rate exceeding 70%.
Following his public service, Mr. Mubarak joined a prominent insurance defense firm, representing major carriers in complex litigation.
